ch5m3d software package provides create and visualize 3-dimensional drawings of simple molecules, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ch5m3d
ch5m3d is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ch5m3d package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ch5m3d *
You will get with ch5m3d package name, version, architecture and description in a table
